   I  worked with Ilene Crites in the sale of  our home and  purchase of a new one in the Sunset district in the Fall of 2006. Although she was a new employee and new to the real estate business at the time, I was  impressed with her conscientiousness, diligence  and knowledge. In particular,  because of her prior experience, she knew how to  evaluate the quality of a house in  terms of construction, electrical and so on.
